Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services maintain standard logs, including IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to operate the service and understand use patterns. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information supports site operation, problem resolution, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to County or Commonwealth portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Once you use an outside service, its own privacy practices apply to information you provide. Sponsored search results are supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes stated here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or account profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information, and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information a website holds. Pennsylvania research did not identify a universal statewide data-broker deletion system. Because our own collection is limited, we can check the contact mailbox and applicable logs and remove what we locate. Use the Contact page to make a request. A Pennsylvania state, county, or city custodian controls its own public records, so changes to those records must go to that office.
Policy Changes
Revisions to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated policy.
